You are asked to circle the dates your child will be attending on the booking calendar provided. Extra bookings will be taken subject to availability.
If you wish your child to attend our setting please download the Registration form and Parent Contract listed at the bottom of the page, complete and return to us at the given address:
Cancellations must be made 3 full working days beforehand, failure to do so will result in payment in full.
If your child is unable to attend due to sickness and you have not followed the cancellation policy you will incur the normal charge for their place.
Late collection will attract a penalty of £8.25 per 15 minutes. We regret that once a child has been collected late on three occasions it will be necessary to refuse the future use of our services.
If your child attends Bolton School you will be invoiced for sessions on a monthly basis. If your child does not attend Bolton School a deposit of £80 will be required before each Holiday Club, this will be refunded at the end of the holiday period, alternatively payment can be made on a pay as you go basis. Payment can be made by cash or cheque. Cheques are made payable to: Bolton School and sent to: Kidzone @ the Den, Bolton School, Chorley New Road, Bolton, BL1 4PA.
